Join our teams in Dublin or Brussels

Starting as a Graduate Trainee at Vulcan Consulting was a great learning experience that gave me the premise I needed to begin a career in public affairs. From day one, I was provided with mentorship, and hands-on exposure to different aspects of the business, which helped me to develop the key skills needed in this field. The traineeship provides a great introduction to Brussels and allows you to build a strong professional network and really develop valuable professional skills. The support from my colleagues was extensive and I was constantly encouraged to push my limits and take on new challenges. This guidance helped me in my promotion to Account Executive, a role where I now have more responsibility, client interactions, and opportunities to contribute. I really value the collaborative work environment at Vulcan and continuous learning opportunities that allow me to develop both professionally and personally.
